• Are there any benefits, are we responsible for paying our own FICA Taxes and/or medical insurance?
You would become a regular employee, being compensated from the revenues designated for operating expenses, and you would only be responsible for your part of FICA and Income Taxes, the compensation Package after 90 days includes:

√	Health and Dental Plan Benefits commencing the first day of the following month after your three (3) months anniversary.
√	Eligibility to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan after meeting your introductory period of 90 days. You may join the plan during the open enrollment periods, which take place semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st.
√	2 weeks paid vacation per year - you will be eligible for prorated vacation time after the six (6) Months period. (Not to be carried over). Vacation is accrued from your start date, but not earned until completion of the introductory period.
√	Standard regulation holiday paid per year in accordance with our holiday policy.
√	1 personal day (PTO) per year in accordance with our PTO policy.
√	5 sick days per year in accordance with our sick day policy.

 • Are there any growth opportunities for Sales Representative? Can they be promoted?
In a relatively new company like ours, with the affiliation we have with such companies as McDonald's and others, growth is guaranteed, so we expect that upper management will be made up of the persons that helped us grow. So the answer is yes.

 • Can I be the first Sales Representative of the Link Five Federation, in my area?
We can not guarantee that you will be the first Sales Representative in your area, we need to expand to areas around yours, as we are able to handle the expansion and we grow together, because representatives in other cells will also sell ads in the Affiliates that you have been assigned, letting you make an keep more profits.

• Can I see a copy of any written agreements or contracts used for the position?
The agreement is based on the information that is included in this site and the detailed business plan that will follow, the actual document will be sent to you once we have registered and we verity who you are by phone the position.

• Do Sales Representative have to work at a McDonalds restaurant or at their Affiliate?
Sales Representatives, turn in orders and get paid in a affilaite that is assigned to them. But they basically work from their homes or visiting the customers that allow them to get the great compensation. The Sales & Operations Managers themselves work form an office they share near their affiliates.

• Do Sales & Operations Managers hire and interview their own team of sales people?
Sales & Operations Managers have the final decision on the make up of their sales team and we let them interview and hire them, although we help with the recruiting, it is important for our system that the Sales & Operations Managers are regarded as the boss and they can hire and fire the employees as necessary.

• Do you mail out media kits, for the Independent Sales Representatives to visit those people who express an interest in advertising with Link Five Federation?
Once they have understood everything we'll send them media kits and all the information they will need to work properly.

• Does the Game Board have a start point? Is there an advantage to whoever starts the game first?
It does not matter who starts the game, you can even use a coin flip. There is no advantage to whoever starts the game.

The schools are the main reason that McDonald's Restaurants are affiliated with us and that the educational benefits of playing the "Link Five" the game in the competitions and full color flyers, are an additional value that it has, other than that it's a great form of entertainment. However The School program allows Sales Representatives to sell advertising that will appear in the Magazines to be distributed to the parents of the students of the schools.

• How is this being promoted to bring the awareness and let the public know of Link Five? Is McDonald's including this in their advertising campaigns? Or is your company promoting this through other media besides the Internet?
The McDonald's Restaurants in themselves are a great form of promotion as each restaurant introduces us to about 10,000 individuals per month, in addition of the promotion in The School program and other affiliates around the McDonald's restaurant that are part of our operations when you look at the big picture. But we have a linkage into Television, Radio, Internet and the printed media to help with the promotion as part of the corporate plans.

• How long has the company been in business? And is this promotion or arrangement exclusive to McDonalds.
Our company has been in business since 1998. This is not a promotion, it's a permanent affiliation that we have with McDonald's Restaurants to create funds to help the local schools. Affiliation to "Link Five" is exclusive to McDonald's Restaurants with the fast food industry.

• I found the site a little confusing. It is my understanding that McDonald's only uses any type of material that their headquarters approves and that independent franchises must work according to their franchise agreements with McDonald's. Based on the above, how can the business succeed?
We have the approval of the McDonald's headquarter and all our documents, including the contracts that franchise owners sign, are approved by the legal department of McDonald's. Remember we have been running and testing what we do with McDonald's Restaurants for over three years,

We are close to re-starting the distribution of the flyers and the operations of the weekly competitions of "Link FiveÓ in the evening; but remember that the reason we are contacting you, is that we must complete the organization of the Federation personnel to have the operations in each affiliated restaurant.

.• Is there going to be a "Pilot", to demonstrate the "Link Five" Television Show to advertisers and television stations?
There are many reasons to create a pilot and not the least important is that we need the sponsors to see it how thet will be advertised in the production of 500 episodes over the next two years or so. The pilot will be a full episode for a half hour slot and part of the 500 show deal.

• Is this position mostly administrative?
It involves administration, coordination of contacts, supervising employees and direct sales and sales support. The position requires being able to perform or delegate management duties.

• I'm a professional in Business Administration so I'm looking for a professional position, is the Sales Representative position directed for professional people? Does it require having experience in different areas of the company like sales, marketing, human resources, logistic, etc? Please, could you tell me if this position is like that or not?
We don't know what a professional is other than what a dictionary describes, that is:

adj. 1. Performed by persons receiving pay. 2. Having or showing great skill; expert: a professional repair job. n. 1. A person following a profession, especially a learned profession. 2. One who earns a living in a given or implied occupation. 3. A skilled practitioner; an expert.

 And that is what any company is looking for in their associates. The answer is all yes to all those areas. That is why eventually they will be making over $50,000 and even $100,000 per year.

• The position would be part-time while in training and demonstration of what I can do takes place, but what hours am I expected to work.
Work from before full operations start and the promotion of our television show is on the air, is very limited, we would be flexible on the time you actually devote to the project, but are expecting a few hours per week. You will control your own hours.

• What is the age group you'll be shooting for with the Television show?
In the adult version of "War of Passions", will combine shows with different ages. However the demographics that we are targeting, include a broader age group than that of the contestants, this is because the difficulty of the questions vary in every type of show.

 • What compensation can be expected for the Sales Representative?
Income should be between $35,000 to $50,000 per year or even up to $100,000 per year. Depending on your performance, talents, efforts qualifications and demonstrations of abilities.

We understand that prices charged for advertising and even the games, may have to be changed do to the difference in the economy in the different territories around the world. • What is the schedule of working time of the position of the Sales Representative?
This a mostly a day time position on Monday through Friday, but since it's a Management position and very well compensated, we do not expect our full-time Sales Representative to work only banker hours. 

• What expenses do you pay or reimburse for (gas, mileage, phone, or client entertainment)?
We allow enough percentage of the sales to flow through the Sales Representative and expect them to pay for their personal working expenses; we'll let the specific affiliate business operations to pay for all other expenses.

Sponsors are found trough company promotions, referrals from existing customers and all the other forms of canvassing for customers that is used by professional sales persons. We do not target by categories as much as by geographical areas. Independent Sales representatives look for and contract with new Sponsors/Advertisers.

• Where is the company's headquarters? As Independent contractors do you require sales people and Managers to work from headquarters or can they work from their home-based offices?
Our headquarter is presently located at 17150 Northbay Road, Suite 2819, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160. But we are organizing a company that can not be run from a centralized location, actually the opposite and we use the individual McDonald's restaurants with whom we are affiliated and small offices located near to them as the places where training and meetings take place.

• Will this position be a full-time, part-time, independent contractor?
All of the above at different times. The successful applicants can start by working (Part Time) from home while in training and before the arrange to buy the license.
